Two systems for different types of use
MARS - Mobile automatic tyre wash system
The mobile MARS tyre wash system has been specifically designed for flexible use on changing construction sites. This container-based solution can be transported quickly, installed with minimal effort and put into operation immediately.
Thanks to its robust design, the system is ideally suited for structural and civil engineering projects, temporary industrial operations or changing project sites.
STARS - Stationary automatic tyre wash system
STARS provides a stationary solution for long-term installations with high vehicle volumes. The robust steel frame system is designed for extreme loads and ensures reliable cleaning even under demanding conditions.
The stationary version is particularly suitable for gravel works, quarries, recycling facilities, landfills, port facilities as well as for industrial production sites.
Sustainable cleaning with a closed water circulation
Both systems operate with a closed water circulation, enabling the reuse of wash water. This reduces both water consumption and operating costs.
The systems are equipped with a range of features, including:
- Four sidewalls with double-piped spray devices
- Water-bearing crossing grids
- Wash systems usable from both sides
- High performance submersible pumps with up to 2,000 l/min
- Integrated sedimentation and pump chambers
